That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Skindelush experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be as flexible as possible when it comes to rescheduling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we’ll be happy to help you find a more convenient time. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Thank you for your understanding!
Tardiness Policy
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Skindelush by arriving on time for your appointment. If you are more than 8 minutes late, we may reschedule your appointment for a different time, but a $20 late/rescheduling fee will apply. If you’re running late, please text Nalaika immediately at (347) 427-5747 so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and clients. Appointments more than 8 minutes late will be canceled, and 100% of the service deposit will be lost. Thank you for your understanding!
